The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at Epping Forest Yacht Club in Jacksonville, Florida. All events will take place outdoors.

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Feel free to arrive a little early to explore the grounds and take photos by the water!

We kindly ask our guests to wear formal attire. What's this mean? Men in suits or tuxes and women in floor-length or cocktail dresses. For the ladies, think upscale Italian garden party & have fun with prints and colors if you so desire!

While we adore your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event to ensure everyone can fully unwind in a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you for understanding.

There will be a shuttle bus available for our guests staying at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront hotel. Shuttles will leave around 3:45pm and bring guests back to the hotel as late at 10:30pm. Shuttle service to and from the venue is for our guests staying at the hotel ONLY. We kindly ask that you only use the shuttle if you're staying at the hotel or else you may take someone's seat. Thank you for understanding! Not staying at the Hyatt? No problem! The venue has plenty of free parking if you do decide to drive. Uber and Lyft are also available. Did you know you can pre-schedule a rideshare? If you're worried about getting a car, you can schedule your ride through the app!

Yes! Whoever is in town and wants to see our smiling faces can plan to meet us Friday evening at Voodoo Brewing in San Marco around 7pm. We'll have a section reserved in their upstairs area where you can order food and drinks (more than just beer available!). This will be a casual hang with a cash bar. The wedding party will walk over after dinner around 7:30pm! For our guests under 21, don't worry - the brewery is open to all ages!

For anyone who wants to keep the party going, we're planning to grab drinks at the hotel lobby of the Hyatt or at a bar near the hotel called Dos Gatos. This will be a gametime decision to see how we're feeling! If you're not staying at the hotel, please plan to take an Uber/Lyft to the hotel as the shuttle is reserved for hotel guests only.
