Aerie's Resort offers a variety of overnight rooms all located in Grafton, Illinois —less than 1 hour from St. Louis, MO and under 2 hours away from Springfield, IL. Our rooms are standard hotel style and offer an abundance of amenities. We have rooms located up on our hill above Grafton, and located on Main Street offering spectacular river views and walking access to downtown shops and restaurants. The Grafton Inn Guest house has two identical suites, app. 550 sq. feet each with a nice view of the river. The Grafton Inn is perfect for that "SPECIAL COUPLES GETAWAY". We are located at 22E. Main Street right in the center of Grafton IL., walking distance to Wineries, Restaurants, Grafton Harbor, Bars & Entertainment.

We offer a 2 night weekend for $255 + tax 3 night weekend $320 + tax

We require a 2 night minimum stay on weekends.

This fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comes furnished with additional amenities, creating the perfect blend of comfort and modern design. The two private driveways and a huge private electric garage offer plenty of space for multiple cars and boats.

The three-bedroom is equipped with two queen beds and one full with an option for another portable twin-size bed. Comfort takes priority with mattress toppers on all beds and different firmness options for pillows. The two bathrooms offer options for a walk-in shower and a traditional tub.

The spacious backyard is equipped with modern furniture and outdoor games, perfect for relaxing with friends before the night out.

This beautifully decorated 3-bedroom condo is ideal for families, couples, business travelers or girls' or guys' weekends.

The condo has an upstairs and a downstairs. On the main floor there is the living area, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with an attached bath, second bedroom and second full bath. The lower level consists of the third bedroom and full bath. There is also a game room area where we have a ping pong table set up for some fun!

Forget all your worries in this spacious and serene 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath Grafton home overlooking the Mississippi River, including a full kitchen, fireplace, bar, deck, and hot tub. Located in the heart of Grafton within walking distance to restaurants, bars, wineries, marina, and the bike trail located right behind the house. Great getaway to enjoy the great views of the Mississippi River.

The house is 3 levels with a 2 car garage. The first level is for entertainment with a bar, pool table, and big screen TV. The hot tub is located outside of the bar area overlooking the river. The second level is a beautiful kitchen, family room with big screen TV, dining area, master bedroom, master bathroom, and the suspended back deck overlooking the river along with a gas grill for grilling out with friends. The third level is 3 bedrooms, entertainment area, bathroom, and a roll out bed/couch.

Guest access

You have access to the entire house however the back deck joins with the neighbors back deck and we ask to please be courteous to the family next door.

The master bedroom storage closet is also locked for owners personal items.

The yard to the west next to the house is not owned by the host so we would appreciate if everyone would be kind and stay off that property. They have plenty of public parking next to the house if the garage and driveway get filled up.
