Weather permitting the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

We will be providing transportation for all guests to and from the venue from the hotel. Additionally, guests are allowed to leave their cars at the venue overnight. Please see the "Transportation" tab for more details.

Though we'd love to see your children, we have decided to have an adults only affair. We hope that with this notice, you will be able to make arrangements and attend our wedding!

We will be serving hors d'ouevres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down family style dinner. Family style dining means that all food options will be available to guests at the table so no need to select a food option when you RSVP!

The reception will end at 9:30. From there, guests may either drive back to the hotel or use the coach bus that will be provided. Once at the hotel, guests can either utilize the coach bus to get to the after party at The XO bar in Providence or walk the 10 minutes there from the hotel.

Yes! Please use the "Accommodations" tab to find all the details on the room block. The room block closes on August 29 so if you are interested in booking, please book as soon as you are able.

Guests can check in at 3pm on either Thursday or Friday, depending on their reservation. Confirmation emails sent when you booked state that the check in time is 4pm, but since you booked your room with the room block guests can check in as early as 3pm. Guests can also check in as late as they want. You are more than welcome to leave your car at the venue and check in to the hotel after the wedding!
