Liz and Alex's story starts at a Fourth of July party in 2018. Both were invited to the party, unaware that each other would be in attendance. The two made casual small-talk, played a few games of beer pong, and enjoyed the fireworks that lit up the sky that night.

That party set light to a spark, which began to smolder between the two. Alex and Liz started to slide into each other's Instagram messages, eventually moving to texts once Alex got Liz's phone number. From there, Liz started to join Alex at the friend-crew hangouts, saving Alex from being a fifth wheel.

As time progressed and the two got closer, their connection started to kindle. It took some time to fully ignite, but once it did, they were explosively in love. Liz spent most of her free time at Alex’s. Eventually they started living together and traveling together.

The couple explored New York City, Ocean City Maryland, several Delaware beach towns, and Cabo San Lucas. On a trip to Washington D.C. in October 2023, Alex proposed to Liz in the Enid A. Haupt Garden, outside of the Smithsonian Castle.

She obviously said yes!

Liz and Alex continue to burst with love for each other and can’t wait to celebrate their marriage with all of their closest family and friends!
