What time should I arrive?
We advise guests get there 20-30 minutes early before the start of our 4:30 eastern time ceremony to park, sign our guest book, and find your seat. Once the procession begins, guests will be asked to wait to enter until after the ceremony. Please note, our venue operates in the eastern time zone. If you are traveling in from central time, your clocks may not due to our venue being right on the line of the time zone change.
Can I bring a plus one?
We are so excited to celebrate with you! Please note, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated by us or on your envelope. For example, if you have been given a plus one, your address will be listed as "Mr. / Miss XYZ and Guest". If you are at all confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one. For any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out to one of us!
Is there a dress code?
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is semi-formal or dressy casual attire. Our ceremony will be outdoor with the reception indoor with a outside patio connected. The average temperature in early October tends to be around the high 60s-mid 70s.
When should I RSVP by?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 23rd. This ensures that we finalize our guest list before we have to turn in our final numbers to our venue and caterer.
Are kids invited?
We love your little ones, however, we hope you understand children are only invited if named on your invitation or told by us. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" and/or your child(s) name will be on your RSVP, if your children have been invited. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
Where can we stay if we are coming from out of town?
For your convenience, a block of rooms is reserved at The Holiday Inn Express in Harriman, TN as this is the most accessible and closest hotel to our venue. If you choose to stay at this hotel, when you make your reservation please mention the "Estep" wedding or our block code: "EWP" in order to receive the group room rate. Please call 865-295-0001 to make your reservation. When making your hotel reservation, you will have the option of a one or two night stay. Be sure to book your hotel room by September 2nd in order to receive the group rate and a guaranteed room for you. If you try to make reservations after this date, the hotel rooms go back into inventory and we cannot guarantee a room will still be available. There are other hotel options listed in our "Travel" section, just note they will not have a block of guaranteed rooms reserved at group rate.
Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that phones are put away during the ceremony portion. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer and they will be there to capture the moments of the ceremony! Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony is finished!
Where should I park?
Parking will be onsite! Once you enter the black gates of the venue on the right side of the road and go up their long driveway, there will be an attendant directing you where to park.
Is the ceremony indoor or outdoor?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be indoor with an open outdoor patio attached.
What is the best route to get there?
When putting our venue address in “Maps”, you will likely get a few different routes you can take to get to our venue. The easiest route with the least amount of turns is the route that leaves you on the interstate the entire time until you get to exit 340, “Airport Rd”. This will take you through easier, less curvy roads as you make your way there. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
