The average temperature in Puerto Rico during March is around 77 degrees. But if you ask the Bride- its always hot.

What airport should I arrive to?

Please arrive to Aguadilla vs traveling to San Juan. Our wedding will be on the west side of the island and we want it to be convenient for all our guests. The airport name is Aeropuerto Internacional Rafael Hernández.

Do I need a passport to travel to Puerto Rico?

No, a license is fine. Please note that starting May 2025 you will need a REALID/PASSPORT in order to travel domestically. Please make sure you are up to date in order to not have any issues traveling.

Where can I stay ?

We are getting married at Rincon Beach Resort, this would be the safer option as far as accommodations. However, you can choose to stay in an airbnb/hotels in the surrounding areas. Towns close by are Aguadilla, Aguada, Rincon, Anasco. If you need any help, please reach out to Lizbeth or click on the Hotel Recommendations tab to see more options.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "Your Name was & Guest =" if a plus one has been given to you.

Can we bring our children?

While we would love all the children in our lives, we decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event. We hope we have given you enough time to find accommodations and can enjoy a fun night out with us!

Is there a dress code?

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! "black-tie encouraged" means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire ( an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked as a "NO". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest count to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVPs, we hope that you understand.

When do I RSVP by?

We have to coordinate a lot of vendors with head counts so our RSVP will be earlier. This way we can make sure we have everything covered ahead of schedule. Please RSVP by 09/15/2025.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- get ready!

Can I take photos during the ceremony/reception?

Our wedding will be an unplugged occasion. We ask that you be present with us. We have professional photographers on hand to capture all the special moments and are excited to share the photos with you. Please make sure that all photos are put away during the ceremony, we do not want any phones in our photos.

Can I post pictures on social media?

we ask that no pictures be posted on social media before we post/share our professional photos on our socials. We will be sharing our wedding photos with our guest so there will be plenty to post later on.

Will there be transportation to the wedding?

No, we will not be providing transportation. We encourage you to rent a car if you are NOT staying at the Rincon beach resort. If not uber does exist on the island and its an option. There are many car rental companies directly at the airport. If you need any guidance here, reach out to Lizbeth for help.

Where should we park?

The hotel has a parking lot.

Will the bride and groom be honeymooning in pr?

No- we will be staying about 10 days on the island. And we would LOVE to show you around. If you are staying a couple of days after the wedding we will be planning to go sightseeing and have some day trips. Just let us know how long you will staying and if you want to join in.
