We’re so excited to celebrate with you! We’ve got some fun events planned, and we’d love for you to join us for as much as you can.

Friday, February 13, 2026 

Join us for a visit to Tequila Fregon in the Los Altos de Jalisco region (ages 13+). Transportation will be provided, with an approximate 20-minute travel time from Tepatitlan. Closed-toed shoes are required for the tequila tour. We will depart for the distillery at 11:30 AM.Pickup location: Parroquia de San Francisco de Asís (right side)Calle Jesus Reynoso 30B, Centro, 47600 Tepatitlán de Morelos, Jal., Mexico Following the tour, we'll gather for a welcome celebration at El Meson de los Frailes to celebrate together on the eve of the wedding. Transportation will be provided, with an approximate 30-minute travel time from Tepatitlan. Dinner and light appetizers will be provided. Guests who participate in the tequila tour will automatically continue on to the welcome gathering. For those who prefer to join the welcome gathering only, transportation will depart at 3:30 PM. with the same pickup location. Travel Information We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with you in the beautiful pueblo of Tepatitlán, Jalisco! Flights : The closest airport to Tepatitlán is Guadalajara (GDL) International Airport. For those that have asked, we recommend flying in Thursday, February 12th and flying out Monday, February 16th (traveling in the morning is highly recommended vs traveling at night). From GDL, it is a 1-hour drive to Tepatitlán. There is an optional toll road (~200 pesos) that may be faster depending on traffic. Below are the best ways to reach Tepatitlán from the airport. Arturo's Travel - Arturo is a local in Tepatitlán who offers trusted transportation services. We have personally used his services and highly recommend him. Pricing will depend on the number of guests and amount of luggage they start at $1200 Pesos. To arrange transportation, please contact Arturo directly at: +52 378 116 5418 (available on What's App). Colonia Travel - Transportation Service: Colonia Travel is a local pickup and drop-off service based in Tepatitlán, offering reliable transportation to and from the airport. Airport Taxi to Bus: You can take a taxi directly from the airport to the Bus center, a bus leaves ever 1-2 hours to tepatitlan. Be prepared to wait in line. This is the most inexpensive option &amp; takes the longest time. Uber/Ride share: Uber is not immediately available at the airport, you have to walk outside the airport to the OXXO convenience store for pickup (not recommended). Car Rental: If you prefer to drive, rental cars are available at the airport. Ensure your hotel has parking if you choose this option. Paying/Getting Currency: We recommend using a zero foreign transaction fee credit card when making purchases (examples: Capital One credit card, Costco credit card, etc.) For physical cash (pesos), the best option is to withdraw money from Citi Banamex Bank ATM using a debit card, as this typically provides a better exchange rate. Local Transportation: Most places are walking distance from the Centro de Tepatitlan. For local transportation, taxis are available (~50 pesos a ride) at +52 (378) 782-0735. Taxis can accommodate up to four passengers and accept pesos only. When calling, be sure to provide your pickup location. Please note that Uber and Lyft are not available in Tepatitlán. 'La hora de la siesta' is observed daily by some businesses from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
