Best fried chicken in Nashville. There are two other locations: one in Downtown Nashville, and one off of Nolensville Rd. This one is a newer location located in a new outlet mall. We recommend washing hands immediately after meals, and to not eat the day of the wedding. When they say "hot", they mean hot!
Franklin, TN is 20-25 minutes from downtown Murfreesboro. Downtown Franklin has many different food, and shopping options. The Bride enjoys entertaining groups of friends here when they come into town. The Groom recommends Landmark Booksellers and the Bride recommends Merridee's Breadbasket. Make sure to try their fruit tea!
If anyone knows one thing about the groom, is that he is picky about his Japanese food, and sushi. Sonobana is one of our favorite restaurants. Great food, very affordable, and there is a joined grocery store full of great Japanese snacks.
Both the Bride, and Groom agree: Five Points Pizza is the best pizza in town. Five Points is also where the Bride, and Groom had their first date. We recommend the Dave's Pie (prosciutto and basil), and the garlic knots!
The Groom recommends this venue for those looking for live music. The schedule is usually booked with local or traveling artists, and singer songwriters. While this place is somewhat of a grungy dive bar, the music is some of the best in town.
Their friendly staff, and skilled baristas are a great way to start the day. Both the Bride, and Groom agree Crema has the best coffee in town. The Groom has been a regular at the Downtown Nashville (Hermitage Ave.) location since moving in 2015. The Bride enjoys their Matcha Lattes, and the Groom enjoys a steamed or iced Latte.
Two -for-one drafts/margaritas, $9 birria tacos, and delicious guacamole. Need we say more?
Located 5 minutes away from the wedding venue. Murfreesboro's town square has much to offer. There are many great restaurants and shops! If you're a cigar enthusiast, we recommend swinging by Humidor. They have an amazing selection!
