Stillwater Trolley Co.

Stillwater is the oldest town in Minnesota. These iconic trolley tours run about an hour and are a great way to see the quaint riverside town.

Stillwater Lift Bridge, Historic Site

Walk across the Stillwater lift bridge to visit Wisconsin. You also get a nice view of the town from the bridge.

Grand Ave + Summit Ave

The Grand Ave and Summit Ave neighborhood is known for its great food selection. We recommend Cafe Latte, the Red Cow, Grand Ole Creamery, and French Meadow Cafe. If you are looking to explore, the James J. Hill House is a fun tour with lots of local history. Summit Ave features many old mansions, and it is a great walk. You can even visit F. Scott Fitzgerald's house!

Science Museum of Minnesota

The Science Museum is downtown by the Landmark Center, the St. Paul Hotel, and the river, so it is in a fun area to explore. The Science Museum is one of the best in the nation. There are a lot of interactive activities for all ages.

Wabasha Street Caves

The Burrow - Oakdale

This spot has pickleball, axe throwing, mini golf, and more! This is a great place if the weather is not cooperating.

Minnehaha Falls

This spot is a great place for a quick hike. There is a lovely waterfall and a nice restaurant to enjoy a snack or a drink.

Walker Art Center

Enjoy the museum, but make sure not to miss the sculpture garden with the iconic spoon and cherry art piece and a great skyline view.

Chain of Lakes

Explore the heart of the Land of 10,000 Lakes by visiting Chain of Lakes Regional Park. You can rent kayaks or just go for a stroll.
