We invite you to RSVP online here or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with the invitation.

January 15, 2025, please. If you do not RSVP we can not guarantee you a seat at the dinner table.

Please do NOT park in the lot at the venue as that space will be utilized. Please reach out if you need an exception made. Parking will be available in 2 different locations: the Magnolia Room Parking Lot on Murray Hill Rd and the Rachel Carson Trail - Crawford Run Parking lot.

Our ceremony will begin at 4:15pm but we ask that you arrive by 4pm to find your seats. Please give yourselves 10-20 minutes to park and make the short walk (5-10 minutes or less) to the venue. You can enjoy the prelude music, admire the decor, greet other guests, and read over the program while you wait. We appreciate your understanding.

While the outdoors may be a bit rocky with a gravel lot for a wheelchair, the inside is not wheelchair accessible and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Both. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Dinner will be inside. After dinner activities will be both inside and outside.

Only our ceremony will be “unplugged”, so we ask that you put your phones away during that time.

Cocktail hour will follow our ceremony at 4:30pm and at that time we hope to have our photographer take pictures of us with all our guests individually, so please grab a a refreshment and then get your photo taken! Dinner to follow at 5:30pm

When you RSVP thru the site and have a copy of the RSVP emailed to yourself it saves the email to your guest profile. So we’ll email guests thru our wedding website with any information as it comes up. Otherwise we'll text you.

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we can only accommodate a few close family children and infants under 12 months. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.

It’s going to be a wine and beer open bar—where the potions flow freely! While the drinks are on us, our bartenders would love a little magic of their own (in the form of cash tips). So, bring some gold coins to keep the cauldron bubbling and the spirits high!
