To ensure we have enough space and food for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests RSVP by September 3rd. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate guests who have not RSVP’d by that date. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

The average temperature in October in Carolina Beach, NC is around 60-75 degrees.

ILM airport is about a 45-min/19 mile drive to Carolina Beach, and Uber/Lyft is plentily available. Once on the island, all of our events are within walking distance of our venue. If you need transportation on the island, we recommend Ebb Tide Taxi: (910) 612-9388 or Beach Adventure Golf Cart Taxi: (910) 902-0727. You can also rent a golf cart for a fun way to explore the island! We recommend: Got Shade, SunFun, or Icon Golf Cart rentals.

Yes! For guests at the beach all week, the bride & groom and our families will also be there so check back here later for an update on get togethers.

The dress code is colorful cocktail. We are requesting bright colors, but at the end of the day wear what you are most comfortable in! Men, you can leave the tie at home. Our ceremony & cocktail hour will be outside, but the reception will be indoors. NOTE - our ceremony is on the beach so keep in mind for footwear.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30p, and we’d love for everyone to be settled in before then.

Only guests of the hotel can park in the Courtyard lot. But there is other public paid spots around the venue/boardwalk area.

You know we love your kids, but our wedding is an adult-only event. We hope this allows our guests to fully enjoy the celebration!
