There are a few different options for guests traveling to our wedding and staying in the surrounding area, but sadly not a helicopter!

By Car

Please see below 3 different car parks which are all within a 5-minute walk of the cathedral:

- Copenhagen Street Car Park, 4 Copenhagen St, Worcester WR1 2EY

- NCP, Worcester Cathedral Square Car Park, 32 Friar St., Worcester WR1 2BY

- Crown Gate Car Park, Moreton Pl, Worcester WR1 3LZ

By Train

- There are 2 train stations in Worcester city centre, Worcester Foregate Street and Worcester Shrub Hill, both a 5-minute taxi or a 10 minute walk to the cathedral

Upon leaving the cathedral, if you are heading straight from the city centre to the reception, you will need to follow directions towards the M5 southbound. Once on the motorway, in approximately 10 miles you will need to leave the motorway at Strensham Services Southbound. On arrival at the services, you will need to stay in the left-hand lane and follow the signs for fuel. You will then take the next left and the following right out of the services back road. (This is not an official route, but one we have permission to use, despite the no entry signs). Please see the map below for further guidance. However, if you prefer to just plug in the address, this will work also! It will just take you an alternative route which is only 10mins longer.

We understand that the reception has no accommodation but we are here to help and hopefully have you covered!

We advise that you pre-book your taxi, but if not, Woober taxis have assured us that if you call at least 30 minutes before you require one they can provide a service.

Travelling back to Worcester
