Please book at the Hampton Inn in our room block to be included in complementary shuttle service to and from the venue before and after the wedding!

We just were updated that the hotel is SOLD OUT, but we still have rooms reserved under our block, so you cannot reserve a room online. To reserve your room, you can call the desk and make the reservation under "Contois-Bair Wedding". Please do this by 8/21 as our block will close and rooms will be released to the general public at that time.

We have a second hotel block located at the Holiday Inn Express below. This is located next door to the Hampton Inn and shuttle services will be available from this location as well.

While our block and shuttle service is located at the Hampton Inn in Charles Town, this resort is recommended for those who are looking for more of a luxury get away weekend. It is located in Leesburg, about 30 minutes from the venue. Pros include the grounds, pools, and proximity to Dulles Airport (15 minutes!)

Accommodations for Wedding Party

There are a variety of similar charming bnb's in the area as well that can be found on VRBO, Airbnb, etc. They range from large homes that can accommodate 20+ guests to 1 bedroom cottages. They are located in Charles Town, Harper's Ferry, Leesburg, Purcellville, and surrounding towns.

Please note that Uber can drop guests off at the start of the wedding, however once wineries close, they are not available in the area for travel back to your various accommodations. Please make use of Taxi services or choose our preferred hotel to be included in the shuttle service to and from the venue.
