Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for parking and seating.

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors as long as weather permits it. The reception will be held indoors.

The dress code is semi-formal. Please dress comfortably, and don’t forget your dancing shoes!

As much as we love your kiddos, we ask that you understand that children are only invited if named on formal invitations.

Rooms at The Cobblestone Inn and Country Inn & Suites must be booked by Friday, February 13, 2026, to be included in the hotel block.

Yes, transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue and from the venue back to the hotel, but only for those staying at The Cobblestone in Pulaski.

Shuttle Schedule: 2:45pm - Cobblestone Hotel to Barn at Sunset. 10:00pm - Barn at Sunset to Cobblestone Hotel. 10:30pm - Barn at Sunset to Cobblestone Hotel. 11:15pm- Barn at Sunset to Cobblestone Hotel.

The reception ends at 11:00 PM, with the last song being played at 10:45 PM.
