Please RSVP to the wedding no later than February 28th to help us plan accordingly. The meals and seating will be based on your responses. This is also your opportunity to list any specific dietary restrictions.

We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Formal wear is requested, gentlemen should wear a jacket and tie or a traditional suit (a tux is not required). Ladies can wear a floor-length or tea-length dress (just no white). Please also keep in mind, the wedding ceremony is outdoors.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation or website. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

Yes, we will have an open bar at the reception with a variety of drinks available for you to enjoy! However, we kindly ask that no outside liquor or alcohol be brought into the venue. We want to keep the celebration flowing smoothly, and any outside alcohol may affect our ability to continue the festivities.

The dinner will be held under cover, while the ceremony and dance floor are located in the outdoor areas of the venue. Please dress accordingly for the weather!

The ceremony will begin at 4 pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself time to park and find a seat!

For our out of town guests, there are several options for hotel accommodations in Morehead City and Havelock. A block of rooms have been reserved at a discounted rate at the Hampton Inn in Havelock. This hotel is the most convenient to the wedding venue. When reserving, please indicate this is for the "Byrd/Goodwin Wedding"- Code BGW. No, unfortunately, transportation will not be provided due to the many different directions our guests will be coming from. Neuse Breeze does provide a parking attendent; however, parking is limited. We do suggest that guests try to ride together if possible.
