Jake and I met, like most couples in this day and age, through Bumble. Our first date was at Moontown Brewery. We talked for hours, and we would have stayed longer, but we were seated outside and it was freezing cold. From there we spent so much time together through playing board games (very competitively), cooking together (mostly Jake cooking), doing cliche couple things, cheering our favorite sports team (we are a divided house now, Boiler Up and God Country Notre Dame), and spending time with family and friends. As time went on, our love for each other grew tremendously, and it was inevitable that we would spend forever together! Jake was also quick to become the best dog dad to the best bubba in the world, Slayter. Jake decided to propose to me during my favorite time of the year, Christmas. We went to the Carmel Christkindlemarkt, and he popped the easiest question I have ever answered. Looking back now, it was so obvious by how nervous he was, but then I had no idea. We cant wait for our marriage and the start of forever together!
