How we met is nothing short of God’s miraculous plan. It’s not every day that you get to meet someone that is both an exact copy and an exact opposite of yourself. From archery to music and the arts, to nerd games and movie preferences, there was no shortage of common interests, all the way to our chosen professions and even our internship paths. We both interned under our Officiant, Jonathan Meisner, and met on set due to several coincidences that we can only understand as God’s plan. After teaching each other more about what we each knew as professionals and helping each other learn skills, we continued to work together.
Week by week we grew closer on filming days and editing days and were even blessed to get to travel together with larger groups for work. We became best friends after time, both of us learning to enjoy life and trust each other throughout that summer together. Our friendship didn’t stop at work. Eventually Logan became a nerd too and joined Collin’s D&D group. Life was changing a little bit every day. We started going to church together and sometime much later we found ourselves in a place where we recognized we were falling in love. So we started dating and reflecting and working to better ourselves, and the more we thought, the more we recognized the hand God has had in bringing us together.
We couldn’t feel more blessed that He gave each of us the person we had been praying for our entire lives. Now we are here. Planning our dream wedding with one another and learning to face difficulties and joys that we never knew we would face. And we couldn’t be happier or more in love.
We want to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you for being invested in our story. Whether hearing it for the first time or being along for the whole ride, one way or another we are here because of you. How you raised us or helped us to grow or supported us in our lives.
We pray that God will bless you as much and even more than He has blessed us.
