Believe it or not, our story dates back to the early 2000’s as our paths first crossed as childhood neighbors in Whiteville, North Carolina; starting our journey off with play dates and backyard birthday parties, little did we know how our relationship would unfold. Thankfully, with several family connections and many mutual friends, we reconnected again in the summer of 2019 at one of our favorite places: Ocean Isle Beach. All it took was just a few boat days spent together on the water…and the rest was history!


After a couple of years of long distance and many miles traveled between Wilmington and Charleston while we were in college, we turned our tassels and turned in our uniforms to finally embark on adult lives together together in the Wilmington area - ironically, both starting our careers in the medical device industry.


After several years of dating, our engagement took place right where it all began...on the boat at Ocean Isle Beach! It was a perfect, yet incredibly surreal day - surrounded by our closest friends and family to celebrate. We are in sheer awe of God’s faithfulness and favor upon our families and are overwhelmed with love, gratitude and pure joy as we take this exciting next step!
