Many people say that meeting someone online doesn't work. On May 17th 2017 two people didn't realize that they would be going against that and finding their forever person with just a message saying, "Your eyes are pretty".

While sitting on the max going class Erin received a message from a boy saying that her eyes were pretty and that was all he wanted to say. A week later they were on their first date where they spent the time walking around the mall awkwardly, going to see the fourth Pirates of the Caribbean and hiding from Erin's mom because no one knew she was on her first date. The date suddenly ended, with Erin leaving to help her sister. Logan ended up driving Erin to her car after offering to help with her sister. From there it was history.

They went from spending every weekend together, to spending multiple weeks at a time together. Their relationship grew over their love for their family, late night car rides around the city and spending hours together just talking.

As their relationship grew Erin unofficially move in with Logan. They eventually made the move official when they moved into a house with 4 of their good friends in early months 2019.

Right as 2020 started they got their first apartment together and had lived there for over 4 years. It was in that apartment that Erin start school (many times) and Logan found his job that he would love finding many friends there as well. Not long after; in May, they ended up spontaneously getting their puppy Kovu (the loviest, and grumpiest old man), even though they weren't supposed to start talking about a pet until June. He made their home complete.

Through spending hours with their friends Tyler and Chelsea, they became fans of collective Funko pops which they now spend weekends hunting different places for anything that was Marvel, Harry Potter, Disney or Lord of the Rings related. This is also when Erin decided that she wanted to become an official library and they started their goal to owning 1,000 books.

In November 2021 Erin had finally convinced Logan to go to Disneyland and it was their were they fell in even more in love with Disney. It is now their goal to go at least once a year and get an ornament or spirit jersey as their favorite souvenir.

June 2022 Logan surprised Erin for their 6 year anniversary with a trip to Disneyland. It was on this trip where they sat in the large blue shell of The Little Mermaid ride that Logan asked her to marry him.

Fast forward to October of 2023 Erins friend jokingly asked her is they wanted a kitten from a liter she rescued in which they unexpectedly said yes. That is when they brought their second animal home, Harley the spiciest cuddle bug you'll meet.

Now they live in their new 2 bedroom apartment when were they have space to grow their Funko Pop collection and library. They spend weekends going playing games together from board games to video games. When Logan is playing video games with friends Erin can be found reading or doing school work as she completes her degree in health and nutrition.

Since the beginning they have always stated "Patience is a Virtue". After nearly 8 years and a lot of patience they finally tie the knot becoming the Wicks family on May 24, 2025 surrounded by friends and family.
