In 2021, their lives changed forever when they were introduced by their best friends, Reese and Blake. Reese and Lolah played club volleyball together and instantly became best friends. At the time, Lolah lived in Columbus, so she would visit Reese in Sidney. Little did Lolah know, she would end up meeting the love of her life. When Lolah first started visiting Sidney, she had known of Ryan because of Reese's boyfriend at the time, Blake, who was also Ryan's best friend. As Lolah began visiting Sidney more often, there was an undeniable spark between them. They decided to finally go on a first date, which ended up being Clancy's drive-thru during Ryan's lunch hour. Even though it was down-pouring, it was the most memorable date they had ever been on. They spent that hour talking, laughing, and realizing how much they had in common. It was clear they had found something truly special. Lolah and Ryan complement each other perfectly, balancing each other's strengths and weaknesses in a way that makes them stronger together. In May of 2024, Lolah made the move to Sidney, and it has been one of the best decisions of her life. Being closer to Ryan has allowed them to build a life together filled with love, laughter, and countless adventures. They never fail to make each other laugh until they cry and cherish every moment they spend together. As they embark on this new chapter of their lives, Lolah and Ryan are grateful for the journey that brought them together and are excited for the future that awaits them. Our wedding will be a formal celebration, and we kindly ask guests to dress in black tie optional attire. Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are welcome, but not required. A dark suit and tie or a sophisticated cocktail dress are perfectly appropriate too! Think elevated, elegant, and seasonally chic—October evenings can be crisp, so feel free to bring a jacket in case it get's chilly in the evening!
