Light refreshments will be provided, however unlike previous years we will not be providing a full spread of options.

You are more than welcome to bring a dish! Please let us know what you plan to bring so we don't have the same items. We welcome any beverage contributions as well.

This year’s theme is Christmas streetwear. Attire could include sneakers, your fav cargos or jeans, graphic tee’s, etc. The vibe is classic house party/kickback so something comfortable but fresh! And of course games will be on and popping as usual!

We love having new guests, however please let us know before arrival so we can add them to the count!

Anywhere along the street is acceptable. We strongly encourage carpooling as parking can be limited. Please do not block driveways, mailboxes or other cars. We want to remain courteous to our neighbors. We haven't had any issues in the past BUT, given the holiday there may be some knuckleheads seeking to do bad, so please secure any valuables and lock your doors once you park.

Yes, the more the merrier! Any beverage or adult beverage options are encouraged.
