When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back a RSVP or can I do it online?
The deadline is November 7, 2024 and we request that all RSVPs be submitted online.
Are there rooms available at the venue for guest accommodations?
Please contact the recommended hotels directly to make arrangements for your stay. The Phelps Hotel is across the street and there are other options as well.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
We're requesting formal to semi-formal attire.
For context…
Formal:
A popular dress code that allows for more interpretation, but generally means wearing a suit and tie for men and a formal dress or gown for women.
Semi-formal:
Similar to a dressy casual or cocktail event, where ties are optional but men should wear a suit or sport coat.
What are the colors in case we want to coordinate?
Rose gold, black, champagne, and white, but guests are encouraged to wear colors they love!
Will the event be indoors or outdoors?
We will have access to the entire floor where the event is being held, so guests will be able to move between indoors and outdoors freely during the celebration.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, there is an elevator.
Can everyone invited attend the dinner?
Everyone is invited to the party! However, we will have a small dinner to include our children, parents, and siblings. There will be hors d'oeuvres, beverages, cake, and desserts available throughout the event.
What are the parking arrangements?
There will be discounted valet parking for all guests at the rate of $12 for the evening. Just pull up to the hotel’s entrance and the valet staff will direct you appropriately.
What should I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it, please let us know as soon as possible and/or RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
How do I get to the venue?
The directions provided by GPS are pretty accurate. Just be sure to type in the correct name of the venue and make sure it doesn’t change to the apartments nearby.
What time should I arrive?
We are starting the party at 630p.
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, this is an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Can I bring a date?
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget and within the hotel's capacity. We will only be able to accommodate those invited.
Can I take and post pictures on social media?
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media. Our only request is that you make sure that you are out of the way of the photographer and use our hashtag #landj2024 and/or #lonnieandjaneine so we can see all of your great pictures too!
