We met through mutual friends, and it didn’t take long to realize this was something special—our first date was at Top Golf, where we discovered that one of us is much more competitive than the other. Spoiler: it’s not her.

Fast forward to today, and here we are—with two dogs (Daisy and Lily), a house we bought in 2023, and more shared memories than we can count. Along the way, our lives have been filled with a healthy dose of chaos, courtesy of Daisy and Lily, who keep things interesting every day. Daisy can tear through a toy in 30 seconds, and Lily has perfected parkour off the coffee table—plus she’s somehow figured out how to break into the water dispenser.

We’ve spent the last eight years trying new things together, whether it’s exploring new restaurants, spending time at the beach, going on cruises, or heading to the mountains for a quiet getaway. One thing that always brings us together? Our shared love of sushi—whether it's a hole-in-the-wall spot or a fancy sushi bar, we’re always down for a sushi date. We also make sure to get to the farmers market every weekend, picking up fresh produce and trying out something new each time.

One place that’s been with us through it all is the Pagoda & Oriental Garden. It’s where we said “I love you” for the first time, where she asked him to senior prom (yes, he said yes), and, years later, where he proposed. It’s been the setting for some of our favorite memories, and we’re excited to add one more.

We’ve grown a lot together—through school, figuring out homeownership, and still debating who’s the better cook (we’re working on it). We’ve shared so many laughs, including one unforgettable story about ghost crabs (ask the groom about that one). But in the end, it’s the everyday moments—the ones that make up the routine—that make everything feel like it’s exactly how it should be.

And now, we’re getting married. We’re beyond excited to celebrate this next chapter with the people who’ve been part of our story, and we can’t wait to continue building our life together, one moment at a time.
