If flying we highly recommend flying United, into Liberal, KS. It is just a short hour drive to Ulysses from there! American Airlines flies into another nearby airport in Garden City, KS.

Of course our top recommendation is Shae’s cousins restaurant, Tate’s Barbecue! There is not many options to choose from in Ulysses, we recommend them all!

The museum in town is great! Monday-Friday open 9-5. Saturday 1-5. We have a great golf course in town, bowling alley and pool as well!

In Ulysses, we recommend you stay at Cooperate East Hotel! Another great hotel in Lakin, KS (30 minutes from our house) is the Cobblestone Inn & Suites!
