Warren and I would like to personally thank everyone who came to our wedding. To our wedding party, thank you for all of your support and showing up for us in more ways than we could've ever imagined. To our MOMS, Thank You from the bottom of our hearts. To our family and friends that traveled to NOLA just for us, we appreciate the time and money that was spent preparing and being there. To those that couldn't make it, you missed a great wedding! Our story

Here's where the story begins...

Loreal and Warren met on Tinder during the pandemic after having a hard time dating new people. As said on Tinder they "matched" instantly! As Warren would say, he manifested their connection. They met for their first date on 2/6/21 and have been connected ever since. After dating for 3 months Warren asked Loreal to be his girlfriend while driving from Houston, 4/11/21. After such an adventurous weekend Loreal was surprised that Warren would ask such a question. But Loreal was surely delighted and instantly agreed! At first, Warren was somewhat guarded but over time became open to communicating more freely throughout the relationship. They worked at creating a safe space for each other through many conversations and "listening and not judging." 🫣 This relationship has been very easy for both of them because they talk and don't create negative narratives in their heads. Although, right before he proposed they had a few things that challenged the relationship, it also drew then closer. I am grateful to be marrying someone who isn't afraid to think outside of the box and try new things. We have grown such together and I look forward to growing old together. Love ya Big Zaddy! I agree with all that is said! She didn't forget anything. I am excited about this new chapter in my life. I've never been married and I look forward to the experience. New Orleans is a walkable city once you hit the French Quarters. However, we suggest that you catch a Lyft to get there. If you do get a rental, do expect a line of some sort. So be patient, the fun is not going anywhere!

Earnest is the uncle of Loreal. He is also the husband of Auntie Katie. When Uncle Earnest came into her life he made a huge impact of her life as he married her aunt Katie. This was a great display of love which inspired Loreal's want for a true love. The way they treat each other is commendable. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and in the ministry. 


Earnest Riggins

Netta is one of Warren's younger sister. Warren enjoys having Netta around because of her sweet spirit. Her and Loreal also like to shop at TJ Maxx when they meet up! Netta enjoys family time more than anything else. 

Netta admires the way the couple dates each other. She is happy that they spend quality time together. ☺️ 

Quinnetta Smith

Diamond is Warren's niece, and she is the child of Nicole. She enjoys baking, trying new restaurants, and active dates with her beau. 

Her fondest memory of the couple is having a conversation with Warren about how Loreal loves him. He shared that when Loreal travels, she sends him a postcard from where she is visiting. His face would light up as he would talk about each trip. Even though he doesn't like to fly, he has dreams about the places they would one day explore together. 

Diamond Thompson

Reign is a second cousin of Loreal and the daughter of Cherelle Brown. She is 6 years old and loves to read, draw, swim, play outside and play Roblox. She is very excited to be apart of her big cousin's wedding as a flower girl! 

Reign Yates

Jasiah is Loreal's youngest Godchild and the youngest child of Erin.  He is 9 years old. He enjoys playing Roblox, spending time with family, and helping his parents around the house. 

Jasiah Marshall

Makai is one of Loreal's God child and Erin's oldest son. He loves being a troll and pranking his family. He enjoys playing on the XBOX, cooking with the family, gardening, and traveling with family.

Skye is Loreal's Godchild and Erin's daughter. Loreal has been there since the day Skye was born. Skye enjoys spending time with family, making TicToks with ReRe, her BFF, and tapping into her creative side thru dance and jewelery making.

Naomi is the second cousin to Loreal and Rockell Brown- Burton's daughter. She is 10 years old and enjoys playing basketball and running track. Her favorite character is Stich. 

Naomi Burton

Mason is Warren's nephew and Nicole's son. Mason and his uncle Warren have created a loving bond since his father passed when he was 6 months old. They are always training for his sports interest or hanging out together. Mason enjoys boxing, baseball, playing racing games,  soccer, and staying up late watching TV. 

Mason's fondest memory of the couple was experiencing his uncle Warren propose to Loreal. 

Mason Jackson

Nicole is Warren's oldest sister. They are very close and have built a bond that cannot be beat. She has also developed a relationship with Loreal where they enjoy outings together and whenever Loreal wants to go to a concert! lol

Nicole enjoys "making memories with family while laughing and cutting up, having a great time!"

Her fondest memory of the couple is when she was once sitting with them and noticed that they bring out the best in each other. "This is what love looks like when it's real- uncomplicated, steady, and kind." She is glad they have found each other. 

Nicole Robinson

Kirsti is Loreal's cousin and daughter of Aunt LaTanya. Kirsti and Loreal grew up together and have always been side by side! Her fondest memory of the couple is the proposal. 😍 She believes that they are a great couple and meant for each other.

Derrick is Warren's brother in law and husband to Quinnetta. Over the years Derrick has created a relationship with Warren and they travel yearly for their "boys trip" to Vegas. He enjoys hanging with family and playing video games. 

His fondest memory of the couple is when the couple would beat everybody in Spades at family gatherings! 😆 

Derrick Smith

Quanesha is Loreal's sister "friend." They met while working at CPS. Over the years they have strengthened their relationship thru meeting up to enjoy their similar interests. She enjoys gardening in her spare time. Her fondest memory of the couple is the proposal.

Quanesha Piear

Taurean is Warren's brother. Taurean was always 2 steps behind Warren which has contributed their great relationship. He enjoys being "outside!" 

His fondest memory of the couple is when the couple would beat everybody in Spades at family gatherings! 😆 He has a crazy story about the moment he knew they were meant to be. Ask him and tell us who you believe! Lol

Taurean Fortson

Shelby is Loreal's coworker turned friend from Center for Discovery. They began their friendship while working together helping kids overcome eating disorders. Shelby enjoys comedy shows and trying new restaurants. 

Her fondest memory of the couple is the proposal! "Seeing a man overcome with emotion for the woman he loves!"

Shelby Bradford

Tyrone is one of Warren's adolescent friends. They met while hanging out at the Boys and Girls club and have been cool ever since. He enjoys playing video games and spending time with family. 

His fondest memory of the couple is a few conversations him and Warren had. Warren shared with him that he was ready to settle down at some point. Tyrone just knew Loreal was the one for Warren by how he spoke of her. 

Theodore Tyrone Robinson

Crystal is one of Loreal's childhood friends. They enjoyed making memories laughing, doing their hair, watching music videos during their sleepovers. Today she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family and friends, watching her son’s soccer games, going out to eat dinner or having a girls night out.

"The fondest memory I have of you and Warren is when y’all came down for Mardi Gras and spent the night at my house.  That’s when I really got a chance to witness your love for one another and got to know Warren as a person. I saw the happiness in both of your faces. I realized then that you found your “person” and how special he is to you!"

Neal is one of Warren's childhood friends. They met in middle school and have been cool ever since. He enjoys playing video games and spending time with family and friends. 

His fondest memory of the couple is when the ladies and men competed in a game show. The ladies lost and the guys rubbed it in their faces. He remembers a conversation he had with Warren and instantly knew that he was going to marry Loreal. 

Soneilus "Neil" Williams

Erin is Loreal's bestest friend! They have been friends since high school, where they met while on the cheerleading squad. She enjoys going on lunch dates with her husband, calestinics, and spending quality time with her kids by going on a different adventure every weekend.  

 "My fondest memories of you and Warren are Mardi Gras weekends in New Orleans. Watching both of you bonding with my children and hanging out was priceless. Warren had a ball in the city and fits right in as if he’s been a part of the family forever."

Annette is the mother of handsome groom! She and Warren have a great relationship. She enjoys spending time with family and eating a good steak. 

Nette's fondest memory of the couple was when Warren consoled Loreal in a vulnerable moment. She believes Warren was truly in love at that moment. 

Annette Robinson

Pam is the mother of Loreal. They have a beautiful loving relationship. Over the last couple of years they have began to travel with each other to various cities. In Pam's free time she enjoys traveling and shopping! 

Her fondest memory was when they went to the state fair together. She enjoyed watching them have fun together. She was able to see how attentive they were to each other. She also enjoyed their Mother's day brunch. When Warren and Loreal are together you can see it in them.. they're in love! 💜❤️

Loreal Labat is the blushing bride to be! I am delighted to be marrying the man of my dreams. Over the last four years Warren and I have enjoyed so many outings together. My most fondest moments are when we share moments of growth within our relationship and individually. Because we communicate it makes it so easy. This is what made it evident that he was the one for me!

Welcome to New Orleans where it's always a party going on! We are so happy that you are here to celebrate with us. While here please enjoy the city as there is so much to explore. We have provided a few of our favorites and hope that you get to enjoy at least 1 or 2 things on the list! We know that you will be tied up with the wedding. But you can surely venture off. The French Quarters are a great place to start. Stop on Bourbon and get you a hand grenade, dance in one of the clubs, or grab some great eats! During the day you may want to head to the French Market. This was a favorite of Loreal's to do with her mom in the city. You can grab some souvenirs but make sure you get a bargain! If you don't get the opportunity to stop at any of the places below. No worries, just another reason to come back, ya hear!

Cafe du Monde is the home of our famous beignets! You can grab you a couple and head on over to Jackson Square or the French Market.
