In having a conversation with my cousin, I mentioned that I wanted to meet a great guy, but needed to be a cowboy. Cindy said, I know the perfect guy. He is a cowboy and from Saskatchewan but living in Kamloops but wants to move to Salmon Arm.
Before I knew it, we met for dinner. Turns out he was not a cowboy but a rancher looking for a new vocation.
We hit it off right away and the rest is history
Murray and I live to spend time with our families. Between the two of us, we have 7 beautiful children. They have blessed us with 10 grandchildren. Spending time with our children and grandchildren are the highlight of our day.
Hanging with your grown-up children is like visiting the best parts of yourself.
Grandchildren are the dots that connect the lines from generation to generation.
A grandchild is a little bit of yesterday and a piece of tomorrow.
We are so thankful for each child and their partners and each grandchild. They fill our hearts with love daily and remind us that we are continually blessed.
To our parents: Thank you for your blessings, love and support. We would not be the people we are today with out you.
We as a couple are not super adventurous, but we have done and few things that we enjoyed a lot.
One of our favorite hobbies is photography. Sometimes we will take the day and just travel to different areas around our home and see and photograph nature.
We have traveled to Puerto Vallarta to enjoy the beaches, travel into the mountain for an all day spa, and meet the locals.
Murray had planned to propose to me in a hot air balloon ride, but a storm came up and it was cancelled. But the next year we were able to enjoy the ride over Saskatoon.
We have travelled to Cuba, driven to Yellowstone Park and glamped all over BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and the United States.
Many adventures await us and we look forward to the new chapter in our lives to enjoy each and everyone of them.
