Loren and Tyler knew of each other from the gym, Around the Clock Fitness but never got to know one another.

But then...

A few years went by and Loren and Tyler became Facebook friends. Loren reached out to Tyler one quiet weekend and the conversation was easy going for the both of them. About a month later they went on their first date where Tyler picked up Loren from her mom's house, like a true gentlemen. They enjoyed Chipotle and their soon favorite treat, Dairy Queen. From that night, Loren and Tyler both knew this was something special. The dates continued, the feelings grew and the rest became history...

On July 25th, 2023 Loren and Tyler were vacationing in North Carolina with Loren's sister, Meghan, and her family. Everyone in the house had awoken and the weather was absolutely perfect. Meghan suggested taking the boat out to Cape Lookout Lighthouse. The family got ready and they were soon on the water. It was the perfect day, the water was refreshing, spending time with family and a little bit of sunshine.

Loren and Tyler had never been to Cape Lookout Lighthouse and wanted to explore, however the lighthouse was closed so a picture near the lighthouse was going to have to do. Meghan is ready to take the picture, Loren and Tyler are smiling but nothing is happening. All the sudden Tyler turns to Loren and grabs her hands. He says "babe you know we have been together for awhile now" then starts to tear up. Tyler manages to get a few more words out... "will you marry me?" Loren was ecstatic and through joyful tears, said yes to marrying her best friend.
