When should I book my room?

- You can book your room now (we recommend booking as soon as possible). Some airlines have flights available now & some airlines don't have flights available until 5-6 months before the wedding.

Which Barcelo Maya hotel should I stay at?

- Beach is already fully booked the week of the wedding. You can stay at any other available hotel. Shane & Loretta will be staying at Colonial so we recommend you book there or Tropical.

What if I want to stay at a different resort?

- If you want to stay at resort other than Barcelo Maya you can. However, a day pass for the day of the wedding will be around $105 plus your transportation.

Should I bring cash or is it ok to only have a credit card?

- Although the resort is all inclusive, we highly recommend bringing cash for any purchases/tipping staff.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

- When booking your stay there is an option to add transportation. You can do it that way or use the website etransfers.com.

What is the estimated price for a 5 night stay with flight?

- For two people, the estimated price is $2,500.
