Lori and Mike met through Match.com in April of 2024. There was a little hesitation from Lori's side at first due to the distance between them, but that was quickly overcome by Mike's sweet nature, their shared values and faith, and their many things in common. After he flew her to Florida for their first meeting, Mike called it his most expensive date. Mike and Lori both love being on the water, and he captured her adventurous heart right away because he loves boating and being outdoors. Mike is a pickleball fan, so he entered a pickleball tournament during their first weekend. Lori became his biggest cheerleader, and she enjoys the sport now, too. Since Mike's job lets him work fully remote, they were able to spend a lot of time together in Florida and North Carolina. Their romance began to blossom when they spent time adventuring in the beautiful mountain lakes of the Carolinas and later at his family's house on the St. Lawrence River in Upstate, New York. As their romance continued to grow, Mike shared that his heart and Lori's heart are very old friends. They both agreed that their relationship had become one of soul mates. In October, Mike and Lori were baptized together in the Atlantic Ocean. They dedicated their lives to Christ and to His plans for their relationship. On Christmas Day, Mike got down on one knee, pulled the most beautiful ring out of his sock, and asked Lori to marry him. Of course, she said yes! This happy couple is thrilled that you'll be there as they celebrate their love and exchange vows in Clayton, New York this summer.

Hi, I'm Emma, Lori's oldest daughter, and I'm honored to be her Bridesmaid. I live in Lynchburg, VA. I will be pursuing my Master's Degree in English after graduation this May from Liberty University, where I majored in English Education. I was in the color guard for the marching band throughout both High School and College. I enjoy hiking, arts and crafts, reading, writing novels, spending time with friends, and being out in nature.

Hi, I'm Gail, Lori's youngest daughter. I live in Mills River, North Carolina. I have a passion for creating with my hands, and I love make-up artistry and styling hair. I'm very good at baking, too! I'm wrapping up my high school career and plan to get a degree in cosmetology. When I'm not in school or creating, I enjoy driving my 1999 Chevy S-10, named "Bernard," along the back roads of Western North Carolina, chasing sunsets.

Greetings! I'm Mike's oldest daughter, Katie, an occupational therapist working in Syracuse, New York. I received both my undergraduate and master's degree from Russell Sage College and focus on children's occupational therapy. I married my high-school sweetheart, Alex, in 2022. In my spare time, I love indoor rock climbing and hiking.

Hello! I'm Rob, Lori's younger brother. I live with my wife and three kids in Camlachie, Ontario, Canada on beautiful Lake Huron. I'm an engineer at the Suncor refinery in nearby Sarnia. My family and I enjoy traveling and I’m a big fan of being in the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and boating.

I’m James, one of the groomsmen. I’m Mike’s oldest son, and I live in Syracuse, NY. In my free time, I like to work out at the gym, and I'm a big fan of online gaming, so you can probably catch me online with my friends often. Not too long ago, I started a new career with USPS as a mail carrier, and I'm really enjoying it!

I'm Ryan, and I'm one of the groomsmen. I'm also Mike's youngest child. I currently residing in Wellesley Island, New York. I am a linesman at the National Grid in Upstate, New York. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, jet skiing, working out, and spending time with my dog, Ranger. I really enjoy being near the water.

Located in the 1000 Islands on the St. Lawrence River, the Antique Boat Museum is the premier freshwater boating museum in North America. The ABM’s collections hold over 320 unique boats and thousands of related artifacts and archives. Our 4.5 acre campus comes alive with speedboat rides, a working skiff livery, and educational programs.&nbsp; Tickets can be purchased online for museum and boat rides.

Accessible by water taxi, tour boats and private boat, the castle is open for self-guided tours from mid-May through mid-October.&nbsp;The five-acre island is fully handicapped accessible, has complete restroom facilities, extensive docking for&nbsp;private boats, several picnic areas, a gift shop, and a food and beverage concession. Boldt Castle is located on Heart Island, in the United States, and is only accessible by water. From both Canada and the U.S., visitors may find transportation on either a tour boat. Come visit the&nbsp;<a href="https://parks.ny.gov/parks/188/history.aspx" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">historic</a>&nbsp;Rock Island Lighthouse on the beautiful St. Lawrence Seaway. When you visit, climb the stairs of the lighthouse and enjoy a bird's eye view from the lantern room. Tour the museum in the keeper's quarters and learn about the history of the island, its keepers, and the magnificent St. Lawrence River.&nbsp;Walk&nbsp;the island and take home a souvenir from the gift shop.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Rock Island Lighthouse is located in the Thousand Islands, about 4.5 miles northeast of Clayton, Jefferson County, NY, off of Fisher's Landing. Docking is available to private craft and those aboard&nbsp;<a href="http://claytonislandtours.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Clayton Island Boat Tours</a>. For private vessels, Grass Point State Park is the closest launch site (about a 5 minute boat ride to the island). The island is partially accessible to visitors with limited mobility.
