What is the dress code?

The dress code is cocktail/semi-formal. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside from 5:30pm-6:30pm (weather permitting), with dinner and dancing inside. Dress comfortably, it may be hot!

What Time Does It Start?

Please arrive by 4:30pm. The Ceremony will start promptly at 5pm and the reception will end by 10:30pm, followed by an afterparty in midtown Nashville. Details to follow!

Where Should I Stay?

You can stay wherever you want! We've blocked rooms at 3 hotels in Midtown. See the Accommodations and Info page to book, or look for Airbnbs/Vrbos which are very common and could be more affordable for a group.

Do I Need to Rent a Car?

You can rent a car if you wish, but Uber and Lyft are the most popular, cost effective and convenient ways to get around Nashville. Most public spaces will have NOT have free parking. The venue does have parking available, but please do not drive if you intend to drink.

What's The Plan for Thursday Night?

We will host a dinner for the wedding party and immediate family, followed by Welcome Drinks at a local bar with live music. Please join us for Welcome Drinks if you are in town on Thursday! Details to follow.

What's the plan for Saturday?

Chad and Lori plan to hit Downtown Nashville's Broadway and Printers Alley. All are welcome, or feel free to do your own thing to explore the city! Recommendations on the "Things to Do" Page.

Will There Be Transportation Provided?

We plan to provide shuttle transportation after the reception has ended from the venue to Midtown Hotel Blocks/After-Party. Please indicate in your RSVP if you plan to take the shuttle so we can get a headcount! We recommend taking Uber or Lyft to the venue, but parking is available at the venue as well.

What's the best way to get to Nashville?

Family and Friends traveling from Philadelphia, Cleveland, Buffalo, Miami etc all can get direct flights on Southwest Airlines or American Airlines (along with Spirit, Frontier). Flights may also be available on Allegiant Airlines from Allentown, PA and Akron, OH if the travel days line up. Please let us know if you have concerns or need help with travel arrangements!

Can I Bring My Kids?

We love all your kiddos, but our ceremony and reception will be for adults only (except for immediate family members in the wedding). Though Nashville is coined as Party Town USA, there is much to do for families, but we are not able to coordinate any childcare.
