Malpensa Express is the fastest way to get to Como. To reach Como from Milan-Malpensa Airport, proceed as follows:

Take the Malpensa Express (departing from both terminals) to Milan and get off at Saronno (after about 20 minutes) at Saronno train station, take the train from Milano Cadorna to Como Lago (40 minutes).

The price of the trip including both routes is €11.10 (€8 for Malpensa Express and €3.10 for the Saronno–Como route, operated by Trenord).
