Day guests, please arrive at the church from 11 - 11.30am, ready for the Bride to arrive at 12pm. If you arrive early then we recommend The Mandolay hotel nearby for a cup of coffee. Evening guests, please arrive from 7pm.

Parking at the Church is reserved for the Bridal party so we therefore ask for guests to park at London Road Station Car Park, York Road Car Park or G Live Car Park.

Free parking is available on site. If you drive and choose to leave your car overnight, please collect it by 12pm the next day.

Yes! We will be providing coaches between the church and Gate Street Barn after the ceremony as well as from Gate Street Barn to Guildford at midnight. At the end of the night there will be one bus and two minibuses: The bus will be going to the Travelodge and Premier Inn One minibus will go to Guildford station The other minibus will go to the Mandolay Hotel and the Harbour Hotel Please make sure you check you are on the right bus!

The evening ends at 11.45pm, and coaches will be ready to depart at midnight. Anyone planning to get the last train from Guildford will need to take a taxi earlier, as the last London train is before midnight.

The evening reception will begin at 7pm. There will be live music and cheese toasties for all to enjoy! Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase from the bar.

Please come dressed for a summer garden party. Jacket & Tie and Cocktail dresses are very welcome. If it's hot remove the tie! We'll be inside for the church ceremony, dinner and dancing, but Gate Street Barn has beautiful gardens for our drinks reception so please think about your footwear!
