How do I RSVP?
We’ve made RSVPing super easy! Just flip over your invitation and scan the QR code on the back with your phone’s camera. It will take you directly to our wedding website on The Knot, where you can RSVP in just a few quick steps.
No need to download anything—just point, click, and let us know you're coming!
Please RSVP by August 30.
When responding, be sure to RSVP for everyone in your party, including any plus ones or family members attending with you. To help us keep everything organized, please RSVP using the name exactly as it appears on your invitation.
If you have any issues RSVPing, or if someone in your group is missing from the RSVP list, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us—we’re happy to help!
Are there available accommodations for out of town guests?
We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged hotel blocks at the local hotel; there are also multiple Airbnb/VRBO options, as well as a local RV park. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking codes and special rates listings on our websites "Travel" page. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30pm. Please arrive no later than 6:15 to allow time to park, enter the venue, & find a seat.
Does the venue have parking?
Yes! There is plenty of parking in the grass on the side of the venue.
What is the dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is Sunday Best. The ceremony will be outside with an indoor reception to follow so please take this into account when picking your outfits.
Do I need to sit on a certain side?
Choose a seat not a side you are loved by both the Groom and Bride! The first two rows will be reserved for immediate family but we do not have any assigned seating, just sit wherever you are most comfortable!
Are kids allowed?
This is a family affair, bring your little ones along! We are excited to host you and your family!
Can I take pictures?
We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired an awesome team of photographers to capture every detail of the wedding and we will of course share those photos with you afterwards!
After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and we encourage you to snap away! There is a QR code on your tables to scan that will allow you to take pictures and share with everyone else in attendance!
Can I bring a date?
We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- get ready to celebrate! Please drink responsibly and have a ride home arranged if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to get home safe!
Can I smoke?
Our wedding venue has a strict no smoking policy, so we respectfully ask that our guests refrain from smoking all tobacco, vape, and marijuana products on the premises.
What about the OU v.s. Auburn game?
As much as we tried to avoid the football season and get married on a BYE weekend it unfortunately did not work out that way. We understand that the football season is important to many of our guests so in order to be accommodating we will have the game projected in the corner of the reception for all who want to see should the time overlap with any of the wedding festivities!
