Welcome everyone to our wedding website! Firstly let’s introduce ourselves, it’s Louisa and Mike here (mainly Louisa).

Our story begins 9 years ago when Mike had just come back from his travels in Australia and started working at Morrisons, this is where me and Mike met for the first time. After months of staring at each other over the chicken counter Mike finally plucks up the courage to ask me on a date. Or I gave up waiting and forced his hand. However it happened we went out first date January 2016 and it’s him and me ever since.

Much like our first date, after quite literally years of asking mike when he was going to propose he got down on one knee while on a family holiday in Corfu in May 2023. On the beach, glass of wine in hand and the sun was setting on the water and I of course said yes. The most magical evening I will never forget.

I couldn’t write our love story without including our golden boy Chester. Chester is currently 2 years old but will be 3 when we get married. We can guarantee even though Chester will not be attending the wedding his fluff will have made the journey on various items of clothing and hand made decorations. He is never far.

And after 9 years together we can’t wait to celebrate with you all on our big day!
