A FEW DETAILS
The ceremony and reception are in the same building!
Our wedding day is the same as the Fredericksburg Christmas Parade. Hotels (especially the Courtyard Fredericksburg Historic District) will likely fill up. Please don't wait to reserve your hotel room if you plan to stay the night!
Expect road closures at the downtown end of the city. If possible, enter the venue from the Route 1 side of the city. If you plan to stay at the Courtyard Marriot, please consider road closures when arriving at the wedding venue. Road closures should not interfere with reception departures. Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
There is ample parking at the venue. Alcohol will be available at the reception. Please carpool with a designated driver or plan to take a rideshare. Transportation will be provided after the wedding to the Courtyard Fredericksburg Historic District- Marriott.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will take place indoors. For cocktail hour, guests will have the option to go to the rooftop terrace.
How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
While we’re unable to coordinate transportation to the venue, our blocked hotels are very close. The Inn at the Olde Silk Mill is within walking distance of the venue, and rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are available in the area. Transporation to the Courtyard Fredericksburg Historic District Marriott will be available after the wedding. Cars can be left at the venue overnight.
Will there be an open bar?
Beer and wine will be available.
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

May I bring my children?
We are unable to accommodate children at our wedding, unless otherwise disclosed on your invitation.
Can I bring a guest to the wedding?
Please check your invitation and RSVP for details. Seating will be determined based on your RSVP.
