Please refer to Travel Info Tab. We have coordinated transportation to pick up from the Hyatt House Richmond / Short Pump. We recommend taking a look at the hotel's availability especially if you are looking to take part in our coordinated transportation to and from the venue. If not taking part in the hotel option, we recommend looking at AirBnBs and VRBOs in the Lake Anna, Mineral, and Louisa, VA area.

We want everyone to have fun and we are taking your safety into consideration as we plan. We are have made arrangements for shuttles to the Short Pump area. Pickup will be from the Hyatt House Richmond / Short Pump. Please let us know if you plan on taking the shuttle so they know to look for you!

November Weather in Richmond consists on average of a daily high of 55°F to 65°F, rarely falling below 43°F or exceeding 76°F. Daily low temperatures average, from 37°F to 45°F, rarely falling below 25°F or exceeding 57°F. Our ceremony will be held outside, and the reception and cocktail area will take place near the venue's greenhouse and covered patio. A backup plan will be in place for any horrendous weather. We encourage jackets on-hand and keeping a watch on rain forecasts the week of.

Semi-formal or cocktail attire; we want you to feel comfortable, but classy. Comfortable footwear is always encouraged, too!

Plus ones have been granted for all guests. If you are a family attending, plus ones have been taken into consideration as well. When you go to RSVP, you will be prompted to respond for yourself and your guest. Please reach out if there are any questions when RSVPing for you and your guest.

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.

We hope you like fancy wood-fired pizza as much as we do! Appetizers will also be served. Make sure when you RSVP for you and your guest you note any potential allergies we should be aware of.

We are so incredibly blessed to have your presence on our special day. We are asking that anyone who would like to share a gift with us, to consider donating to our honeymoon fund, as traveling and experiencing new places is one of our favorite things. ABSOLUTELY! We will have QR codes to a shared photo album. All we ask is that during the ceremony, you leave the photo taking to the photographers. We would love your absolute presence in those moments. Trust me, it'll be worth it.
