We politely ask that guests adhere to a semi-formal dress code for our wedding. Guests should refrain from wearing jeans or khakis. Women should refrain from wearing white.

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive half an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. Due to construction surrounding the venue entrance, please plan to arrive by 2 p.m. to avoid delays.

Both the ceremony and reception are located at Arlington Acres in Tiffin, OH.

All new additions to the barn are handicap accessible, these include the white pavilion, restrooms, and getting ready suites. If you worry about the hill getting into the historic barn, we have two sets of stairs (with railings) and a golf cart that can be used to carry guests up and down the hill. While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Due to budget and space, we have a strict guest list and our wedding is by RSVP only. We ask that you do not bring a plus one unless one is explicitly listed on your invitation. We will only be able to accommodate those individuals listed on your invitation.

The ceremony and reception will both be located on the same property. We plan for our ceremony to take place outdoors. The reception will take place indoors in the barn/pavillion. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

There are 2 hotels in Tiffin, Ohio. The weekend of May 4, 2024 is graduation weekend at one of the universities in Tiffin. Book early if you plan on staying in Tiffin during the wedding weekend. We have a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express Tiffin (4 min. from wedding venue) for $179 per night. Use the block code: FPW. The block of rooms will be held until April 3, 2024. The Hampton Inn Tiffin (8 min. from wedding venue) has only a few rooms available for the weekend of our wedding. They will not allow a block of rooms to be reserved due to graduation that same weekend at one of the universities in town.

No, we will not have a shuttle to or from the hotel. Please plan to drive or carpool.

Please refrain from using your cellphone during the ceremony. We are having an unplugged wedding ceremony and ask that all guests turn off or silence cellphones prior to the ceremony's start. All guests are welcome to take photos during the reception as long as they do not disrupt other guests or our vendors. We will have a professional photographer capturing the day, so you can just relax and enjoy!

Please park in the grass lot across from the barn. The lot is flagged and well marked.

The reception will end with a special sendoff at 10 p.m.
