WHEN AND WHERE IS THE WEDDING?

November 8, 2024 (Friday). The church ceremony will be held at the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of Light - San Andres, Cainta, Rizal (Diocese of Antipolo). Guests, please arrive at the church on time and follow the ushers' instructions for seating. And Please don’t forget to bring a “pamaypay” or mini fan for the church ceremony, as there is no air conditioning—only electric fans. Thank you.

WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO BE THERE?

Guests are expected to arrive at the church by 3:45pm for the 4:00 pm ceremony. Following the ceremony, light snacks and pre-dinner cocktails will be served at the reception hall starting at 5:30 pm, with the program and dinner scheduled to commence at 6:00 pm.

WHERE DO I PARK MY CAR?

For the ceremony, parking is available at the rear of Our Lady of Light Parish Church. At the reception venue, Queen’s Garden in Cainta Rizal (Greenland subdivision), guests will share parking facilities with St. Joseph the Worker Parish. Please follow designated parking areas and any instructions provided by parking attendants to ensure smooth and efficient parking arrangements.

WHERE IS THE VENUE FOR THE WEDDING RECEPTION?

The wedding reception will take place at Queen’s Garden in Greenland Cainta Rizal, within the Greenland Subdivision. The program and dinner will commence at 6:00 pm.

HOW FAR IS QUEEN’S GARDEN FROM OUR LADY OF LIGHT PARISH CHURCH?

The wedding ceremony and reception venues are only 2.2 km apart, about a 7-minute drive. Since it’s a Friday, expect some traffic and plan extra time for potential delays. We recommend planning your travel accordingly and allowing some extra time for any unexpected delays.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

The dress code for our wedding is STRICTLY FORMAL, or guests may opt to wear Modern Filipiniana outfits to complement our wedding theme. Ladies are requested to wear long gowns or modern filipiniana dress or Puff dress preferably in shades of rust, brown, terracotta, and nude colors. (NO WHITE PLEASE) 🤗 Gentlemen are expected to wear a Barong and Slacks. In addition to the dress code, we kindly ask all guests to refrain from wearing overly casual attire such as jeans, shorts, or flip-flops, as we aim for an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. Your adherence to these guidelines is greatly appreciated and will contribute to the overall ambiance of our special day.

ARE PETS ALLOWED AT YOUR WEDDING?

While we adore your fur babies, we regret to inform you that they are not permitted on the ceremony and reception property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable event for all guests.

DO YOU HAVE A REGISTRY?

Dear friends and family, please don't feel obligated to purchase us a gift. Your presence is all we truly desire. However, if you wish to contribute, a financial donation towards our future home would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for being a part of our celebration.

CAN I BRING A PLUS-ONE ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING?

If your invitation includes a plus-one, it’s acceptable. Otherwise, we hope you understand that we can’t accommodate additional guests due to catering and space limitations. Thank you for your understanding. For the wedding reception, please respect seating arrangements and enjoy the festivities responsibly. Thank you for being part of our special day!

Please inform us promptly. While you're prioritized on our guest list, we also have other loved ones we'd like to include in our celebration.For those unable to attend, your presence will be missed, but we'll carry your well wishes with us as we embark on this new chapter together.
