Where is the Green Cornwall?

The address for the Green Cornwall is The Green, Netheron, Upton Cross, Cornwall, PL14 5BD. These are the directions provided from the venue:-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Take the M5 heading South West.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Leave the M5 at Exit 31, joining the A30 towards Okehampton/Bodmin.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Continue on the A30 for approximately 40 miles.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Take the B3254/A388 exit towards Callington/ Liskeard/ Launceston/ Bude/ A390.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the B3254-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow the B3254 for approximately 7.4 miles until you reach Upton Cross. You’ll pass through South Petherwin and Darley.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;At the crossroads in Upton Cross (with the school on your right), turn left – signposted for Rilla Mill.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;After a mile, on your left, you’ll see a sign for The Green, House and Cottages and one saying ‘Netherton’. Turn left here.

Where can we park?

There is plenty of parking available at the Green. If you are staying onsite, you can use the drop off point and turning circle to drop off your luggage, and then please park in the Overflow Car Park. If you are staying offsite/just joining us for the day, please use the Main Car Park, which should have plenty of space. You can leave your car overnight, but please tell the venue your registration number and collect by 10:30 am the next day (there will be another wedding happening the next day!).There are also two EV Charging Points if required.

Are there any taxi services available?

There are taxis available, however, because The Green is in the countryside Uber does not exist! Can we stay at the Venue overnight?

There are limited rooms at The Green and we have offered the rooms to specific people. If you look at the accommodation tab, there will be some suggestions of local hotels, BnBs etc.

What if I have allergies?

Please let either Lucy or Keelan know in advance so we can ensure the venue is aware ahead of time and that there is food to accommodate your allergy. There is also the opportunity to make us aware of any allergies when you are RSVPing.

Is there a dress code?

No!However, please avoid wearing terracotta or forest green as these are our wedding party colours, and we would like them to stand out! oh... and no white :)

Does the bar take cash?

There are two separate bars at The Green but they are all cashless - so please bring along your bank cards or have your apple/google pay ready!

When should we RSVP by?

Please RVSP as soon as possible. We will be closing the RVSP on the 15th of August

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately no.We have a limited amount of guests that can come to the Wedding, so unless they were specifically invited, they will not be able to attend.

This page is for those who have been offered accommodation at The Green. This holds the relevant information about your stay.If you have not been offered accommodation at The Green, please look at the "Accommodation" tab to find local hotels, BnBs, Airbnbs etc.

Dates for Accommodation

The accommodation onsite is for the 14th of October through to the 16th of October. You are able to check in from 3 pm on the 14th of October (the bar will also open at this time).Please arrive by 6 pm at the latest. Between 3pm and 5pm the bridal and groom party will be decorating the venue, however, you can get yourselves comfortable and explore the venue. Check out is at 11 am on the 16th of October.

Types of Accommodation

At The Green, there are three different types of accommodation. You will either stay in a room, cottage or the house.If you are in a room - this is very similar to a hotel room. All rooms have an ensite.If you are in a cottage - you will have a bathroom, kitchen and lounge area.If you are staying in the house - you will be sharing a large house with 8 bedrooms. There are 4 bathrooms, one large living area and a large kitchen.

The Green provide the following:All rooms will have bedding and towels, hand wash, loo roll, hairdryers, tea/coffee making facilities with milk, TV, iron &amp; ironing board.For those staying in the cottages and the house, there will be a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Meals

On your arrival day, at 7 pm we will be have a BBQ themed buffet. On the morning of the 15th of October from 9am till 10 am, there will be breakfast provided. However, if you have cooking facilities in your accommodation you are more than welcome to use these! Then on the 16th of October, our departure day, there will be a cooked breakfast available from 9 am till 10 am.

Parking

If you are&nbsp;Staying at The Green&nbsp;you can use our drop off point and turning circle to offload luggage and passengers but please return to the car park as soon as possible to keep the area free for other users and emergency vehicles.&nbsp;Please use the&nbsp;Overflow Car Park&nbsp;which can be reached after turning right from the Main Car Park, around the bend on your left.&nbsp;There is a small gate below the car park to get back to the main site

For those with small children

The Green have let us know that we have two travel cots available and a blow up bed.For those with children under the age of 2, there will be a cot set up in your room. Please can you bring bed linen for your little one as this is not provided by the venue. Cots measure 63cm x 94cm. For those with children who are over the age of 2, a blow up bed will be placed in your room. Please can you also bring the bed linen required for your child.
