Q + A

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Due to limited space, we can accommodate only those guests formally included in your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their specific name will appear alongside yours when you RSVP. We kindly ask that your invitation be extended only to the person listed. Thank you so much for your understanding and for helping us keep our celebration intimate!

When do I need to RSVP?

Please RSVP by Saturday, April 25th. No response — or a late response — will be treated as a declined invitation. Please be sure to reply by the deadline so we can plan for your attendance accordingly!

How do I RSVP?

Go to the RSVP section at the top of our website & search for your name. Everyone in your party will be listed together. You can accept or decline for each individual member of your party.

What do I do if I can't make it?

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by declining on the RSVP section of our wedding website.

What is the dress code?

We kindly request that guests dress in garden party attire. Think "dressing up" while still being comfortable in a semi-outdoor environment!

Are kids welcome?

Invitations will be specific & will include the names of the children who are invited. For those of you who will be bringing your children, please be sure to watch them closely during the evening!

Weather permitting, the reception will spill onto the outdoor patio in the grassy valley. Since May in Maine can sometimes be wet, we encourage parents to pack play clothes for their younger children. We want our littlest guests to enjoy the evening and play space without worrying about dirtying their nice clothes!

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive at the church absolutely no earlier than 2:30 PM. There is ample on-site parking available, so finding a spot should not be an issue. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away & silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us & for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like, & don't forget to share them with us!

Will there be an open bar?

We will have a cash bar, so please bring your wallet or card if you plan to have a drink or two! An ATM is also available on site.
