What time should I arrive?

We kindly ask our day guests to arrive and be seated in the Chapel by 12.30pm, ready for the ceremony to begin at 1.00pm. We look forward to welcoming our evening guests from 7.00pm onwards.

How do I get to Hawkstone Hall?

Please use the postcode SY4 5UZ and enter the estate via the signposted ‘Guest Entrance’ in the village of Weston-under-Redcastle. The Hall is entered via Hawkstone Lodge through an electric gate off the main road in the centre of the village. At the first electric gate, please press “Hawkstone Hall” on the intercom and follow the long drive up through the estate. You will then reach a second gate, which will open automatically. Continue following the drive towards the Hall. There is a final third wooden gate at the front of the property. Please turn left, follow the Hall around, and park in the rear car park. Please follow the brown signs for Hawkstone Hall & Gardens, which are located at most junctions.

Is there Parking at Hawkstone Hall?

Parking is available to the rear of the main building at Hawkstone Hall. We respectfully request that guests do not park in front of the main entrance, as this area must be kept clear.

What time should Taxis home be booked for?

Carriages are at midnight. For guests requiring transport, taxis can be arranged through Veezu (via their app or by calling 01743 441144) or SDJ Travel (01743 636763).

Can I stay at Hawkstone Hall?

Hawkstone Hall offers 35 bedrooms, with priority given to members of the wedding party. There are still a small number of rooms available, so if you would like to reserve a room, please contact Connor on 07891 132505 and we will do our best to accommodate. Guests will be able to pay for their room on the wedding day and will be asked to provide a contact number and email address at the time of booking. Credit card details will also be required on check in.

I'm staying at Hawkstone Hall, what time is check in & check out?

Check-in is available from 3.00pm onwards. Check-out is at 11.00am.

I'm staying at Hawkstone Hall, what time is breakfast?

Breakfast seating time is to be confirmed during check in. Kindly note that a pre-order may be required. All details, including payment arrangements, will also be confirmed by the Hawkstone Hall staff.

Is there a dress code?

For day guests, formal attire is requested, and for evening guests, semi-formal attire is welcomed. We kindly request that morning suits are reserved for the groom and groomsmen. To help our bridal party stand out, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing Navy. However, Navy suits are fine. The bride would greatly appreciate it if ladies refrained from wearing white. Thank you for your understanding.

Can children attend the Wedding Day Reception?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only celebration. We kindly ask that children do not attend, with the exception of babies in arms. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

Can children attend the Evening Reception?

While our day celebration will be adult only, we’ll also be welcoming a small number of children in the evening. Families concerned will be contacted directly with details.

Can I bring a plus one?

As numbers at Hawkstone Hall are limited, we kindly ask that only those guests specifically named on your invitation attend. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to contact Connor or Lucy directly.

I have dietary requirements, what should I do?

Please let Connor or Lucy know about any dietary requirements as soon as possible, so they can pass the information on to the venue.

Does Hawkstone Hall accept cash?

Please be aware that Hawkstone Hall is a cashless venue and accepts card payment only.

Where do I put gifts and cards?

There will be a designated card and gift box available at the evening reception table. Alternatively, please speak with Connor or Lucy if you would prefer to give anything before the day.
