The official RSVP date is June 29th, 2025. Please RSVP before that date so we can ensure a spot for you! If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will be automatically marked as "not coming". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within our given timeframe. Thank you for understanding!

Dress to impress! We ask that you dress up to celebrate with us! Formal attire is highly encouraged. If you are wondering if something is acceptable to wear, please feel free to reach out to us! We'd be happy to help! Examples of clothing we do not recommend: No casual clothing, jean material, flip flops, Hawaiian shirts, baseball hats, sneakers, and shorts. Please also respect the brides request of no white/cream-colored dresses.

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated, family groups will appear when you RSVP on our page. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

Yes! Food will be provided by the Bride and Groom including appetizers and a buffet style dinner. We are providing an open bar, drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Please have fun while staying safe. The venue wait staff has informed us that they will refuse service to anyone they deem to be over the limit. Please respect the venue and get home safe!

The venue is very accommodating to handicap needs, however, our ceremony space is in a meadow. If you need extra help getting to any spaces, please let us know and we'd be happy to help you make arrangements! We recommend not wearing large heels since we will be in a grassy area.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony in order to find parking and a seat. Once the ceremony begins, entrance/seating will no longer be available.

Yes! Our venue is mostly outside in a meadow, with a beautiful view of the Kirkwood mountains. We will provide an indoor space to relax, but our ceremony will be 100% outside. We recommend wearing sunscreen and drinking lots of water!
