There are frequent flights from Manchester (EasyJet and Ryanair), Leeds (Jet2) and most of London's airports to Bordeaux or Bergerac. Either are convenient to fly into and it's then only a 50 minute car drive or taxi journey to the wedding venue.

Taxis and car rentals are available at both Bordeaux, and Bergerac airport. You can pre-book this via the airport websites.

If you'd prefer to drive, we recommend you stop somewhere for a night, as it's a long journey.

From Yorkshire: 2 days

From London: 1.5 days

You can cross into France 2 ways. Either crossing via ferry, from Portsmouth to Cherbourg, or using the Euro Tunnel (Folkstone to Calais). From Cherbourg, it's then a 6.5 hour drive to the wedding venue. And from Calais, an 8 hour drive.

If you have your rental/own car, great - you can leave this at the venue overnight and get a taxi back to your accommodation. We recommend all taxis being pre-booked in advance, to and from the venue, due to the location.
