We have arranged for a Motorcoach Bus to transport our guests to and from the venue.

The bus can take 55 people at a time and will be making three trips. Pick up times are below.

Pick up location:

Home2 Suites, 520 Wall St. Bowling Green, KY 42103

Pick up times:

5:10pm (Arrive at Venue, aprox. 5:25pm)

5:30pm (Arrive at Venue, aprox. 5:45pm)

5:50pm (Arrive at Venue, aprox. 6:05pm)

*Ceremony starts at 6:30pm*

Please be mindful to try and plan so that not one time slot has too many passengers. Our venue location is absolutely beautiful and can be explored while waiting for the ceremony to begin.

End of the night:

The bus will arrive back at the venue at 11:30pm to start taking people back to Home2 Suites. There will only be 3 separate trips back to the hotel.
