Please join us for a short ceremony The Pond at Pacifica Gardens. Please note that the ceremony will be outside and without cover so please plan accordingly. Weather in Southern Oregon in May can be up in the air, but we will keep you updated as the day gets closer of the projected forecast. There will be parking just as you enter the venue property. The walk from the parking area to the ceremony and reception area is just under a quarter mile. If you, or someone in your party, cannot make the walk for any reason, you can either drive down closer to the ceremony area or we will have a golf cart available to shuttle guests down! Jut shoot us a message if you would like a golf cart ride. Our venue is about 30 minutes from the nearest town and we will not be providing a bus or shuttle to the venue. Please plan accordingly.

Directly following the ceremony there will be a short happy hour with an open bar serving two custom cocktails, beer, wine, and N/A beverages! This will take place in The Pavilion outside the Great Hall. Sit back and enjoy the beautiful Southern Oregon scenery! Our ceremony chairs will also be used for our reception, so please carry your chair down. Please, if you can help those who cannot carry their chair that would be much appreciated!

Dinner will be served buffet style following the happy hour inside The Great Hall. Please take your seats and we will dismiss you by table! Then, it's time to dance the night away!
