Q + A

What's the dress code?

As most dresses are colorful and beautiful, we want all of our guest to come in black formal attire. Ladies can wear floor length dresses and Gentlemen can wear either a suit and tie or a tuxedo. Please be aware of not wearing shades close to ivory/white out of respect.

Can I bring a plus one?

We know you’re excited to celebrate this special day with us, but as you know there is a strict guest list to our venue and we can only have those specifically invited to our wedding.

Will there be a hotel on site?

Yes, there is a hotel on-site. We will be blocking rooms for our guests, as well as other close by hotels. More information will be included in your formal invitation. or visit our Travel tab

Will there be kids at the wedding?

Unless they are part of our bridal party or invited by your invitation our wedding is adults only. Sorry and thank you for your understanding.

Do I need to rsvp in time?

Yes, there will be an RSVP date for all of our guests. If we don't get a RSVP back by the date we give you, you will be marked as a No. We will very much miss you however we do have to provide a total guest count to our venue by a certain date before our wedding.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

It all depends on the weather. We plan to have our ceremony on-site in the Gazebo or on the beach outdoors. After cocktail hour we will be inside and outside. The venue will be for our guests only so you can feel comfortable inside and outside. The reception will be indoors but the patios and garden will be open to our guests.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby. Guests can head straight to cocktail hour where they will be serving you.

Is anyone invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner list to those who will be a part of our bridal party and to our dearest parents.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Hospitality starts at 4:30pm. Help us get our party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive a half hour before the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Where should I park? Is parking free?

Parking will be on-site. There is free parking for all our guests.

Where are we registered?

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected for the Bridal Shower we have registered at Crate & Barrel, Amazon, Pottery Barn and Target and have a honeymoon fund that will be available on the bridal shower invite.

Still have questions. What is the best way to contact us?

As you know this day will be very busy for us. There's nothing more we want than to answer all questions. But due to the circumstances please don't hesitate to reach out to Jennifer Barnett our Venue coordinator, our Event Planner Justine Campasano, Mother of the Bride (Luz) or the Mother of the Groom (Tracy).
