Meaghan has been a part of Ashley's life since high school. She first met Meg because her older brother, Corey, had the biggest crush on her. Fast forward 12 years; Meg is now Ashley's amazing sister-in-law. Their bond is very special because they are each other's only sister.

Meet Nate: a loving, caring big brother to Luke. Drunkenly many years ago at a wedding afterparty of a childhood friend, Luke and Nate vowed to be each other's best men. Nate planted the idea of moving to Colorado in Luke's head. If it wasn't for this, Ashley and Luke may have never met! Luke is fortunate to have a big brother like Nate for his best man. Especially since Nate has been a best man in many weddings and has his best man speeches nailed down.

Jackie and Ashley go all the way back to the good ol' 6th grade days. The two have been through many phases of life together from awkward pre-teens, to teens, to crazy college kids and now married/almost married ladies. Ashley was lucky enough to stand by Jackie's side at her wedding in 2023, and by the time Jackie stands by Ashley's side she will be a new mother of a beautiful baby boy!

During Luke's sophomore year in college, he heard someone blasting music in the apartment above him. Today, that may make Luke annoyed, but back then he was in a different phase of life. Being quite the social character, Luke decided to go upstairs and join the party. After knocking on the door, Ryan answered and welcomed him in with beer and a good time. The next year Luke and Ryan moved in together for the remainder of Luke's college days where their friendship grew.

Alyx and Ashley met at Ashley's first ever AAU basketball try out in 5th grade. They became friends because Alyx couldn't get over Ashley showing up to the try out in a football jersey...then actually making the team (lol). Thank god for that because Alyx is now Ashley's personal foodie tour guide ;).

As it turns out, those parties in Ryan's apartment were legendary. Word broke out, and Ryan's childhood best friend, Luis, transferred to Kennesaw State University to join the party. After sleeping on Ryan's couch for his first semester of college, Luis decided to move in with Ryan and Luke. Soon after college, Luis moved to Breckenridge, CO where he and Luke continued to share countless memories on the snow. Even though Luke now lives in Georgia, he is still way better snowboarder than Luis.

Christina and Ashley met through mutual friends in 9th grade, and their friendship hasn't looked back since! The two spent countless weekends at C's parent's lake house making many memories. It will be bitter sweet for Ashley getting married in the Adirondacks with C by her side.

Luke was rush chair for his fraternity, ΣΑΕ, where he rushed Wolly during the spring of 2016. At first, Luke thought "who is this old guy trying to rush a fraternity?" Everyone else seemed to like him, so he gave him a chance. Through social events, spring breaks, and parties, Luke and Wolly became close friends. Soon after, Wolly often found himself hanging out at Luke's college house with his new roommates, Ryan and Luis. Wolly stayed connected with Luke during his time in Colorado and continues to grow memories with him and Ashley in Georgia.

Lindsey and Ashley met at their 9th grade lunch table. The two became fast friends and slowly built a solid group of girlfriends that would be unbreakable friendships to the present day. Lindsey is the life of the party and brings out the fun side of anyone around her- so look out for her on the dance floor!

Luke met Nick at UGA, as he was Nate's fraternity brother. He isn't sure if Nick remembers meeting him that parents weekend, but he definitely remembers meeting Luke when he came to tour places to live in Denver. Nick had already been living out there and showed Luke and Nate the ropes. After many weekends skiing together and Nate moving to the mountains, Luke was looking for a new roommate. They lived together for 2 years where Nick watched Luke and Ashley's relationship grow. Nick was there for it all and continues to keep up with Luke and Ashley from Colorado.

Paige and Ashley go back to the middle school days where they both thrived playing sports and were more of the tom-boys. Fast forward to college summers; the two had many fun days at the Saratoga Race Track, which turned into nights on Caroline street. This brought them closer than ever before.

Out of all the groomsman, Brian has been Luke's longest standing friend. Luke met Brian when he was 10 years old on a group ride (cycling) in his hometown. Luke looked up to Brian as a cycling mentor as he was a fast rider a couple age groups above him. After years of racing together, they shared their passion of cars by spending countless summer days in a junk yard pulling apart broken down cars. Fast forward many years; Luke and Brian now share the same passion for flying and often bore Ashley with plane talk.

Ashley first met Sophia in CO in 2018. Ashley couldn't make it home for Xmas that year, so she spent the holidays with Luke's family who were in town. Ashley and Sophia got to know each other over late nights playing Catan and Sophia even crashed on Ashley's couch on the way home to the airport. It is crazy to think the two will now soon be sisters!

Luke met Corey on a family reunion trip to Cancun, Mexico, and he was nervous to make a good impression. Quickly, Luke made a friend that he didn't realize would become his brother 5 years later. After some cigars, sushi, and fiestas they continued making memories through family trips and holidays.

On Luke's first trip to Ashley's hometown, he met Kyle who was in the midst of his sophomore year football season. Luke had always longed for a younger brother to pick on, but Kyle became a friend before anything. We're not sure if it's because of the twisted teas he bought Kyle, the late nights playing video games during COVID, or drunkenly cheering on Kyle's final football game as a senior, but Kyle told Luke "I approve of you."
