We are requesting guests to wear semi-formal - formal attire.
Are children invited?
Due to restricted numbers and space at the venue, we have to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event with the exception of family members and those in the wedding party. We hope you can use our wedding as a night to yourselves to relax and have fun!
Can I bring a date/ +1?
Due to limited venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Where should we stay?
A block of rooms have been reserved at Hyatt Regency and The Westin hotels (downtown locations). When making your reservation, please use our personalized links to book online, or mention the Coolidge-Greeley wedding when calling in order to receive a discounted rate.
Shuttle Bus Information
Shuttle transportation will be provided before the wedding from 3:00pm until 5:00pm to take guests from the hotels to the venue. In addition, the shuttle will run from 8:30pm until 11:00pm to take guests back to the hotels that evening. We appreciate all of our guests for making the drive down to Cincinnati to celebrate with us and we are happy to offer a free and safe option for guests at the end of the evening.
If you are not staying at the hotel, Uber/Lyft is another great transportation option. There is not a specific parking lot to our venue so please be aware of that when planning! If you're driving yourself, we've provided public parking information on our travel page!
Duh. We wouldn't do that to you.
(and yes, there's Miller Lite)
What is OTR?
Over the Rhine (OTR), is the beautiful neighborhood in which we're getting married & has some rich history.
Cincinnati was a common place for German settlers in the mid-19th century. Many walked to work across bridges over the Miami and Erie Canal (what is now Central Parkway, separating uptown from downtown Cincinnati).
The canal was nicknamed "the Rhine" in reference to the Rhine river in Germany, and the newly settled area north of the canal was known as "Over the Rhine" (über den Rhein).
