Luke and Tasha met at Willamette University through mutual friends in 2019 at a bowling alley. They then found out they lived across the hall from each other and started going to brunch together, attending sporting events, and watching movies. It was when they were walking by the Willamette River at sunset that they started dating.

Between May of 2020 and October 2022 they were long distance but still managed to have virtual dates doing art, watching shows, playing games, and talking.

In October of 2022, while Luke was in grad school at University of Washington, Tasha moved to Seattle to be closer. They spent a year exploring the city together, enjoying museums, sporting events and concerts before moving to Pacific Grove to be closer to both their families.

In May of 2024, Luke and Tasha went hiking at Henry Cowell State Park in the beautiful redwoods of the picturesque Santa Cruz Mountains. Beneath the canopy of the redwoods, Luke proposed to Tasha and the couple couldn't have been happier!

The couple is looking forward to having you be a part of the next chapter of their story, beginning at their wedding celebration on September 7th.
