For the entree during the reception you have a choice of either the following: - Savoury Stuffed Chicken, (Bone in chicken breast stuffed with traditional Newfoundland savoury dressing & red wine demi glace. - Pan Fried Cod, (Cod fillet served with scrunchions & tartar sauce). - Eggplant or Curried Chickpea with Rice (vegan option). All entrees are served with Chefs choice of potato & vegetables, roll & butter, Jumping Bean coffee or tea. Please choose your choice of entree when you RSVP.
